Lionel is an approved Listing Broker for Fannie Mae in New Jersey and has successfully represented buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers through a wide range of market conditions. His experience includes residential sales, commercial real estate, multi-family investments, rental housing, property management, and distressed asset dispositions.

As the founder of LC Real Group, Lionel combines innovative marketing, technology, and personalized service to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Originally from New York City, Lionel moved to New Jersey in 2001, where he established deep roots within the community and built much of his real estate career. In 2023, he relocated to Florida and now proudly calls Manatee County home while continuing to serve clients across multiple markets.

Outside of real estate, Lionel enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his community, staying active, and cheering on his beloved New York Yankees.
