With over 20 years of experience in Northern New Jersey real estate, Carolyn Bardach has built her reputation on results, integrity, and service. As a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Morristown, Carolyn specializes in helping homeowners maximize the value of their properties, guiding buyers toward their dream homes, and advising investors on smart acquisitions.

Beyond her success in sales, Carolyn is a dedicated leader in the Realtor® community. She serves on the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® Board of Directors, is the Chairperson of the Realtor® Political Action Committee, and contributes to the New Jersey Realtors® Professional Standards Committee. In 2026, she will proudly serve as President of NCJAR.

Deeply committed to her community, Carolyn also supports local charitable causes, particularly those focused on domestic violence prevention. Whether advocating for homeowners’ rights, mentoring colleagues, or helping clients navigate the market, Carolyn is known as a trusted resource and a “forever agent” for her clients and community.

 Jo-Anne Mitchell, Broker Associate has an extensive background including real estate sales, investments, management and relocation for over twenty-five years. To better meet the challenges of today’s real estate market including data security and strategies for safeguarding clients’ private information, she has earned the National Association of REALTORS e-PRO certification. and also attained the National Association of REALTORS the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement for dedication to practicing real estate at the highest professional standards. In addition to many production awards, Mitchell has also attained many industry awards. She was named RIS Media Real Estate Newsmaker-Achiever in 2022, Morris County Top Agent in 2022 and Morris County Top Elite Agent in 2021 and an America's Best Real Estate Professionals by RealTrends and Tom Ferry in 2020. She was also awarded the Platinum Level NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2019. In addition, Mitchell was selected the REALTOR of the Year in 2013 and 1999 for the New Jersey REALTORS and the Passaic County Board of REALTORS which is an award that exemplifies significant involvement in humanitarian services. She is a member of New Jersey Realtors Quarter Century Club, a two term past President of the Passaic County Board of REALTORS, a past Director of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS and also served as a Trustee on its Education Foundation. Holding membership with the National Association of REALTORS since 1989, she was selected by the Passaic County Board of REALTORS to be its 2013 NAR Voting Delegate and served as a National Director for three years. A licensed New Jersey Real Estate Commission Continuing Education Instructor, she is a facilitator of the National Association of REALTORS Ethics course. Since its inception, she has been a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service and served on its Advisory Committee in 2009 and 2010. She is also a member of the New Jersey, Hudson, Monmouth and Ocean Counties Multiple Listing Services. A longtime resident of Woodland Park, Mitchell serves on the Board of Adjustment/Zoning Board. Previously, she was publicly elected and subsequently re-elected for two more terms as a Trustee on the Woodland Park Board of Education, serving as President for over two years. She is a former Leader of the Girl Scout Troop #411 and a former member of the Executive Committee of the Passaic Valley High School Band Association. Mitchell previously served as the President of the Beatrice Gilmore School and Memorial Middle School Home and School Associations, coached softball, and co-chaired the Woodland Park Centennial Committee. A graduate of William Paterson University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and minors in Psychology and Business Law, she attended Passaic Valley High School and graduated from Manchester Regional High School. An active parishioner of St Bonaventure's Church in Paterson, Mitchell is married with three children.
