The Right Start Real Estate Training program helps new licensees master the skills needed to launch and grow a successful real estate business. Through live virtual instruction and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to attract clients, demonstrate your professional value, manage expectations, and earn loyalty and written commitments from buyers and sellers.

Part One: Building Your Business & Demonstrating Your Value

In this first session, you’ll set up your business foundation and personal brand, create your marketing plan, and learn how to confidently communicate your value. Topics include:

  • Establishing a strong business identity
  • Understanding the client experience
  • Converting contacts into loyal clients

Part Two: Securing Buyer & Seller Clients

The second part focuses on how to attract and convert leads, build trust through professionalism, and secure signed buyer or seller agreements. You’ll learn:

  • Prospecting for qualified clients
  • Presenting your services with confidence
  • Managing client relationships through closing
