Pricing Strategies: Certification Course

In the one-day course, "Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA," we will illustrate how to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of CMAs and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers.

Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with the PSA certification.

PSA Requirements

To earn the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA™) certification from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), you must complete the required education course, pay a one-time application fee, and maintain active NAR membership.

• Certification Requirements
• Complete the Course: Finish the one-day "Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA)" course.
• Pay the Fee: Submit a one-time application fee of $179 to NAR once your course credit is recorded.
• Maintain Membership: Stay a member in good standing with NAR. There are no annual dues or renewal fees required to keep the PSA credential active other than your standard NAR membership.

NJ Circle of Excellence Industry Unit

Earn 1 unit towards NJ REALTORS ® Circle of Excellence Sales Award by completing all requirements for obtaining a NAR Designation / NAR Certification, including course work and paying application fees, etc. Requirements must be completed by November 13, 2026, no exceptions.

Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.
