Fair housing is more than a list of dos and don’ts, rights and penalties, and mandatory continuing education. 

Fair Housing laws serve to protect anyone in a housing-related real estate transaction from discrimination. Fair housing protects our livelihood and business as REALTORS®. Register and attend NCJAR’s NJ Fair Housing Course for an in-depth presentation on the Federal Fair Housing Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD). We, as Realtors®, must take a positive approach to fair housing practices and aspire to follow the spirit as well as the letter of the law.
