With Designated Agency being now an option in NJ, what does it mean practically for real estate licensees and consumers? This presentation will walk the attendees through the transaction process from creating the relationship to the closing, reviewing the disclosures and consent requirements as well as the practical aspects of managing the relationship to maintain all fiduciary obligations. The presentation will not discuss specific company policies however!
