REALTORS® won’t want to miss this exciting, interactive Ethics class that will count for their Quadrennial requirement, including 3 hours of CE Ethic’s credit. Participants will learn the fundamentals of how the process works. Everything is covered, from filing a complaint to how a hearing works, and ultimately why agents may or may not get paid. This is a fast paced learning experience with real case studies and frequently asked questions from the North Central Jersey Association Legal Hotline.
- Detailed review of the 17 Articles of the Code of Ethics, including: how do the articles of the Code compare to the licensing obligations, what do i do when someone does not comply and best practices to avoid arbitration.
Upon completion of this program, you will earn 3 credits in the core topic of Ethics and have a clear understanding of the Code of Ethics.
