In observance of Labor Day, NCJAR Board Offices will close early at 12 PM on Friday, August 29th, and will remain closed on Monday, September 1st.

Regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM) will resume on Tuesday, September 2nd.
