NCJAR is proud to present the Certified International Property Specialist designation courses in person at our Morristown office.
The CIPS designation prepares real estate professionals to assist global clients and successfully navigate international transactions, currency fluctuations, tax considerations and cross-cultural negotiations.
Complete all five courses at NCJAR and satisfy the required coursework for the CIPS designation.
All courses will be held in person from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the NCJAR Morristown office.
Both core courses are required to earn the CIPS designation.

Aldo Iemma will guide participants through the core principles, transaction tools and regional considerations needed to work successfully in international real estate.
Participants will gain practical knowledge that can be applied when assisting international buyers, sellers and investors.
The Certified International Property Specialist designation is an international real estate credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Complete the two required core courses and three elective regional or specialty courses.
Accumulate 100 points through international real estate transactions or other qualifying global business activities.
Submit the designation application and the required $75 fee. Applicants must be members in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.
Maintain an active CIPS Network membership. Annual membership dues are currently $220.
