Bonus! The At Home With Diversity® certification course counts as an elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation, and towards the C2EX Endorsement. 

AHWD Requirements

The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD™) certification from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires completing an approved course, maintaining active NAR membership, and paying a one-time application fee.

  • Certification Requirements
  • Complete the Course: Take the official At Home With Diversity® (AHWD™) full-day or online interactive course.
  • Membership: Remain an active member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®.
  • Application & Fee: Submit your final application along with the application fee ($79).

NJ Circle of Excellence Industry Unit

Earn 1 unit towards NJ REALTORS ® Circle of Excellence Sales Award by completing all requirements for obtaining a NAR Designation / NAR Certification, including course work and paying application fees, etc. Requirements must be completed by November 13, 2026, no exceptions.
