Commitment to Excellence empowers REALTORS® to evaluate, enhance, and showcase their professionalism. It is an endorsement—not a designation, certification, course, or state continuing education program.
A flexible professional-development experience
Members can access C2EX through the mobile app and receive guidance from a digital coach, complete concise learning activities, and participate in Real Life Experiences.
Code of Ethics equivalency
Earning the C2EX Endorsement satisfies NAR's Code of Ethics training requirement. C2EX does not provide New Jersey continuing education credit.

Is C2EX a designation or certification?
No. C2EX is a professional endorsement that REALTORS® can earn and promote after completing the program requirements.
Does C2EX count for the NAR Code of Ethics requirement?
Yes. Members who earn the C2EX Endorsement satisfy NAR's Code of Ethics training requirement.
Does C2EX provide New Jersey continuing education credit?
No. NAR states that the C2EX Endorsement does not qualify for continuing education credit through state licensing bodies.
How do I access C2EX?
Visit C2EX.realtor and sign in with your NAR credentials. NAR also offers a mobile app experience with a digital coach.
Can brokers track their agents' progress?
Yes. NAR provides broker administrative tools for tracking agents and supporting office participation.
